Opportunities for professionals….

Home Builders and Developers

Small-to-midsize homebuilders who have a desire to increase their volume without having to add infrastructure and additional overhead, only to be caught with excessive costs in a downturn, will be excellent dealer candidates.

The Domino Prefab product line will allow such builders to sell Domino Prefab homes at a 10% or so margin without adding additional construction crews while still allowing them to earn a profit on the foundation work, site work and other areas of project completion.

The Domino Prefab proposition will represent a very attractive financial opportunity for the high-end home builder who wishes to add to their volume and diversity their operations without additional investment and overhead.

Engineers

Engineers whose practice focuses on or includes residential work and who wish to enter the luxury homebuilding business can easily do so through becoming a Domino Prefab dealer.

Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs who have had exposure to or experience in homebuilding or construction will make ideal Franklin Prefab dealer candidates.  Establishing a Domino Prefab dealership will represent a very attractive business opportunity for an aggressive entrepreneur with a proven track record.

Entrepreneurs with little or no construction experience will be candidates for the smaller Franklin Prefab.com specialty “lifestyle” structures that require less construction expertise.  Establishing a dealership specifically for these “lifestyle” buildings will represent a good opportunity for entrepreneurs.

Architects

Architects will represent the least likely candidates for Domino Prefab dealerships due to obviously wanting to design their own homes. However, an increasing number of architects who recognize the opportunity to branch out into actual construction are entering the design/build business.

While Domino Prefab homes would remove the “design” component, entrepreneurial architects will see Domino Prefab as a means of entering the luxury homebuilding business and allow them to work with clients to select and specify the home, design site improvements and generally participate in the design process, while obtaining the same 10% or so on the sale of the house as they would have earned by designing it but within a much shorter timeframe and less investment of time, while also earning additional fees for the design of other aspects of the project.

Landscaping Contractors

Landscaping contractors who focus primarily on residential work and do considerable “hardscape” construction who wish to expand and diversify their businesses will be potential Franklin Prefab.com dealer candidates.

Landscape Architects

Certain landscape architects who do primarily residential work and have a desire to enter the residential construction business will be potential dealer candidates.

Residential Real Estate Broker.

Certain real estate brokers who specialize primarily in resale of existing properties will be potential dealer candidates due to this not conflicting with relationships with builder clients who sell new homes.
